Not just an app.
An operating system for home services.
One booking passes through eight states, from a customer searching for a plumber to a review left after the tap stops leaking. Six operational concerns press on it the whole way. This is the system you are building.

Cleaning Services
Pick the service
Not a wall of options. Sub-categories that narrow to the specific job — "deep clean, 2BHK" or "tap replacement".

Includes all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, balcony. Professionals bring their own supplies.

What is included, how long it takes, what it costs. Enough to decide without a phone call.
Pick a date & time
Pick a date and time

The operating system
for the people doing the work.
A marketplace only works if professionals want to use it. They get their own dedicated application to manage their schedule, navigate to jobs, follow service checklists, and track their earnings.

Not features.
Scalable outcomes.
Turn local services into a scalable marketplace.
Instead of customers finding professionals through word of mouth or classifieds, every booking runs through your platform — discoverable, schedulable, and paid for in one place.
Give customers one place to discover and book services.
They search, they see ratings, they pick a time, they pay. No phone tag, no waiting for callbacks, no "I will come sometime Tuesday".
Give professionals a steady stream of work.
A plumber who joins your platform does not need to advertise or chase leads. Jobs come to them, scheduled, with the address and scope already confirmed.

Centralise pricing and scheduling.
You decide what each service costs, what add-ons are available, and what the platform takes. Professionals cannot change the price on site.
Track every booking from request to review.
Who booked what, who did the job, how long it took, how it was rated, and what was paid — for every job, searchable and exportable.
Automate payments and commissions.
Money collected from the customer, commission deducted, remainder paid out to the professional. Settlement reports for both sides.

Expand into new service categories and locations.
Adding a new city or a new service vertical is configuration, not a new project. The same platform, the same professional app, a new set of skills and zones.
One platform.
Three connected surfaces.
Three applications for three different users, a single backend that keeps them in agreement, and the infrastructure that keeps it all standing.

Your platform, your accounts
Deployed to cloud accounts in your name and published under your own app store identities. Full source code handover, no licence to renew.
Urban Company is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to describe the category of application CodeBuzzers builds. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Urban Company, and we use none of their code, designs or brand assets. Every interface shown on this page is our own.
Your service marketplace
starts with the product.
We build the system behind it.
From customer booking to professional scheduling and admin operations, CodeBuzzers can design and engineer the complete marketplace platform around your business model.
Tell us which cities, which service categories you need first, and whether you are onboarding individual professionals or service agencies. That is enough for a phase-by-phase estimate rather than a guess.
- Full source code handover
- Fixed phases with named deliverables
- No licence fee, ever

Questions we actually get asked
It is a home services marketplace built to work the way Urban Company works — customers book a service, a professional is assigned or chosen, the job is done at the customer's location, and payment is handled through the platform. It is your brand, your data and your business rules. It is not Urban Company's software, and we have no relationship with them.
Three, plus the system underneath them: the customer app and website, the professional's app, and the admin panel you run the business from. A quote that mentions only "the app" is quoting one of three.
Any service that involves a professional going to a customer's location. Cleaning, plumbing, electrical, beauty, AC service, appliance repair, painting, pest control, home maintenance — the platform does not care what the service is. You add categories and the professionals who perform them.
Yes. Full repository handover, deployed to your own infrastructure and published under your own app store accounts. There is no licence to renew and no way for us to switch it off.
Location, availability, skill set, rating. The customer can choose a specific professional or let the system assign the best available one. Re-assignment happens automatically if someone declines.
A single-city launch with all three surfaces is a phased build with a defined deliverable at the end of each phase. Going live with the customer app and professional app first, and adding advanced admin features in a later phase, is a common way to start booking sooner.
We do not publish a figure, because a fixed price against an unseen scope is either a template you will outgrow or a number that gets revised after you sign. What moves it most: how many service categories at launch, how many cities, and whether you need professional onboarding and verification built in. Send us the scope and you get a phase-by-phase breakdown.
Yes, from the admin panel, without a developer. Service categories, pricing, service zones, professional skills and city configurations are all settings rather than code.
No. Urban Company is a trademark of its respective owner. We name it because it is the clearest way to describe the kind of marketplace we build. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to them, and we use none of their code, designs or brand assets. Every interface shown on this page is our own design.
